In 2019, BE&K Building Group kicked-off its inaugural Next Generation Leadership (NGL) Program as part of its continuing commitment to the advancement and education of its future leaders. The purpose of the one-year program is to focus on leadership skills and abilities, team building, and strategic business thinking, while also providing for interaction with the company’s executive leadership and opportunities to contribute to the company’s culture. The group meets in-person quarterly and occasionally through conference calls.
In January, the group participated in a two-day meeting in BE&K’s RTP office. The interactive workshop included topics on achieving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and offering best-in-class service leadership to our clients. This year’s class will conclude in May 2020. BE&K is already making plans for its second NGL class.
