BE&K Building Group and King Street Properties Celebrate Topping Out of cGMP Biomanufacturing Building
BE&K Building Group, in collaboration with King Street Properties, recently celebrated the topping out of Pathway Triangle’s Building 2, a 200,000-square-foot biomanufacturing facility located in Morrisville, NC. The building, the second in this development program, is part of the site’s initial phase providing two cGMP biomanufacturing facilities and a future research and development building.
Over 100 dedicated construction workers gathered on site to mark this milestone. Team members took turn signing the beam – a symbolic act in construction that brings a personal touch to the projects we build. The event included remarks from Frank Holley, BE&K’s CEO, and Andy Moore, King Street Properties’ Senior Managing Director. T.J. Crawley, the Mayor of Morrisville, also shared words of encouragement and appreciation, further uplifting the hardworking team’s spirits. After the speeches, attendees were treated to a delicious lunch and a raffle with prizes donated by many of the subcontractors working onsite.
