Center City Green is a 12-story, 494,000 sf upscale parking deck with a helix ramp. The 1,400-space structure includes two commercial spaces totaling 8,500 sf on the ground level. The building skin is a combination of precast concrete, exposed cast-in-place concrete, brick, stucco, aluminum storefront and curtainwall, aluminum box louvers, perforated and corrugated metal screens, metal panels, and miscellaneous painted steel. The structure’s foundation is comprised of more than 80 caissons of various depths, with widths reaching up to 6’ in diameter. The main structure is predominantly post-tension, cast-in-place concrete. Work scope also included a 90’ pedestrian bridge that connects the fourth-floor of Center City Green to an adjacent parking facility.
