This addition and renovation project included a 62,000 sf addition and a 14,000 sf renovation. The two-story patient wing addition included 20 post-partum beds, two ante-partum beds, seven labor and delivery rooms, one C-section room, and one delivery room, all on the first floor. The facility also provided a full-term nursery and a neonatal intensive care unit nursery. The second floor houses a 36-bed medical/surgical unit. The surgery renovation portion of the project included major renovation to five operating rooms and one future operating room, while renovating the core services area and post-anesthesia care unit.
