This 200,000-square-foot, four-story facility serves multiple functions for Credit Suisse. It features office space, training rooms, conference areas, food service facilities, and a dedicated Disaster Recovery Data Center.
Built to Tier IV (N+2) standards, the Disaster Recovery Data Center was designed to meet Credit Suisse’s rigorous operational requirements. It is powered and supplied with water from two diverse utility sources, ensuring maximum redundancy. A secure service yard adjacent to the data center houses critical infrastructure, including the HVAC chiller, diesel generators, and utility transformers. During design and construction, special consideration was provided for vibration and noise control.
A robust, flexible, and reliable voice/data network infrastructure was installed in collaboration with Credit Suisse stakeholders. The system is designed to support and incorporate the latest state-of-the-art audiovisual, communications, and computer technologies.
