Rivers EDGE is a high-profile, upscale development that caters to both singles and families — part of a growing population with a renewed interest in downtown living. In constructing the mid-rise apartment tower, BE&K utilized the Infinity System, an alternative building solution consisting of load-bearing steel studs with composite decking and poured concrete floors.
