To accommodate growing client demand, Jet Aviation selected BE&K to design-build a new 51,000 sf hangar for their fixed-base operation (FBO) in Teterboro, New Jersey. The entire site features 12 hangars to support Jet Aviation’s local operations. The new facility has the capacity to service and store up to five Gulfstream G650 jets. As part of the scope of work, BE&K demolished an existing parking lot and hangar to make room for the new hangar; relocated and rerouted existing utilities; installed a new entrance gate; and constructed a fuel truck parking area that ties into existing parking aprons.

Jet Aviation is a General Dynamics Company. This project marks BE&K’s fourth completed project for a General Dynamics subsidiary.

BE&K is pleased to have partnered with Jet Aviation in the furtherance of their business plan at this key location through the replacement of this hangar. Their newest hangar now positions them to continue providing their clients the first-in-class service that Jet is well known for.
