This new two-story, 100,000 sf facility includes a pediatric outpatient surgical center, pediatric multispecialty medical office building, and urgent care clinic and includes 54 exam rooms, four operating rooms, two audiology booths, and diagnostic imaging spaces (MRI, CT, X-ray, and ultrasound). The facility also provides space for pediatric heart services, medication infusion services, an after-hours clinic, a pharmacy, a lab, and child life services. The building was constructed in active earthquake and hurricane zones; therefore the structure, exterior enclosure, and MEP systems were hardened for additional protection.
