This four-story Class A office building is the regional headquarters for the National Bank of South Carolina and also home to BE&K Building Group’s Greenville operations. The building incorporates brick-faced precast concrete panels. This structural approach saved three months on the overall schedule compared to traditional steel and brick construction. All four levels provide high-end finish offices, conference rooms, and associated personnel support spaces.
