This new full-service hospital and three-story medical office building are situated on a 78-acre green-field site containing protected wetlands and natural tree buffers. The project also included an on-site electrical plant. The new 219,000 sf hospital features 12 exam rooms in its 24-hour emergency care department in addition to two, 32-bed medical surgical care units. It also contains a 10-bed critical care unit. A dedicated Women’s Center offers the latest technologies in its labor and delivery suites. The surgery wing includes four operating rooms along with two shell spaces for future expansion. Other features include state-of-the-art Imaging and Nuclear Medicine Services. The 91,000 sf medical office building is connected to the hospital and houses private physician office suites, diagnostic services, hospital administration, women’s imaging, and educational areas.
