Samsung Networks America

Call Center

Samsung Networks America, a subsidiary of Samsung Group, chose a 22-acre site in a planned development owned by Hughes Investments to locate their global call center. The single level facility provides office and call center space with a high-tech look and feel delivered through sharp lines, elliptical soffits and walls, and specialty and indirect lighting. Access flooring comprises approximately 75% of the floor space, providing flexibility to add and make changes to power, data, and furnishing configurations. To create a seamless transition, the slab-on-grade was lowered 12 inches to accommodate the height of the access flooring. The façade is highlighted with color blast uplights of “Samsung Blue” accenting the building’s exterior at night.
