Regional Distribution and Warehouse Facility

This warehouse and distribution center features a structural steel frame on shallow foundations, an extensive refrigeration system serving cold storage areas with temperatures ranging from -20°F to 55°F, more than 100,000 sf of dry goods storage, and 50,000 sf of high-end office space. The scope of work also included an on-site truck maintenance facility with fuel dispensing equipment and a guardhouse. Sysco’s new regional distribution and warehouse facility houses 25’ high stacks of supplies such as fresh produce, frozen foods, and paper products. The facility serves most of North Carolina east of Greensboro, as well as South Carolina north of Myrtle Beach.
