On March 25, 2019, BE&K Building Group and Auro Hotels celebrated the official grand opening of a 250,000-square-foot hotel in downtown Greenville, South Carolina. The new building encompasses two hotel brands in one facility, a Residence Inn and a SpringHill Suites, both by Marriott. The hotel — located directly behind BE&K Building Group’s Greenville office — is an eight-story, 286-key facility featuring underground parking, a pool, conference and event space, full bar and restaurants, and retail space.
This gem features state-of-the-art innovation, luxurious accommodations, and on-site dining offering scenic views of downtown Greenville. The interior is inspired by nature and the natural resources found in the Upstate, featuring a spectacular tree inlay behind the check-in desk. The facility also includes a full bar and restaurant, underground parking garage, outdoor pool and deck, retail area, and meeting and event space.
BE&K Building Group has been partnering with Auro Hotels in the construction of their hospitality destinations for nearly 20 years. Working with Auro is both a privilege and a pleasure.
